By participating in this 6 week course, you will learn parenting skills, that will enhance your relationship with your child, reduce your stress levels and help you feel happy and confident about your parenting. You will learn tools and tecniques that will help to sustain yourself over the years of high demands on your parenting. This course is based on facilitating parents in a supportive environment to find the best way for them to parent their special child.
