Paediatric Speech & Language Graduate Programme
Welcome to Sensational Kids Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist Graduate Programme. We are pleased to outline the benefits, investment into your training, supervision levels, as well your responsibilities as part of this programme, so that you have the opportunity to progress your career as a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist.
Our graduate programme is a 24-month programme, with flexible start dates to work around your graduation timeline. Following the completion of the programme, successful therapists will be offered an option to progress to year 3 of the Sensational Kids 5 Year Career Development Pathway.

- Personal guidance and mentoring from experienced senior speech and language therapists and Paediatric OT, with 24 years experience and who is a qualified Ayres Sensory Integration practitioner.
- Salary progression with increments every six months, when you meet your supervision, social impact targets and complete cpd.
Throughout this programme you will
- Gain access to training in a number of skills vital to paediatric speech and language therapy, i.e. Hannen, Labh, PECS,
- Benefit from an investment into your continuous professional development for those who have demonstrated an impressive passion for paediatric SLT to take you from having little or no experience in the world of paediatric SLT to having a range of skills to support the paediatric population in 5 years
- Learn from our paediatric SLT training programme to ease you into the world of paediatric SLT and give you the skills necessary to become part of the larger team
