Processing your orders and payment
Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Ireland and UK
We offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the UK. Delivery charges for Ireland and the UK are calculated automatically when ordering online. Deliveries within Ireland are €5 per delivery.
Delivery rates to other countries are available on request based on the contents of the order. We will contact the buyer with the shipping rate and you can then decide if you wish to proceed with the order.
We make every effort to deliver goods within 28 days; however, delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request where you have already paid for the goods.
When we deliver your items to you, you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
