The play mats can be used indoors and outdoors on smooth surfaces and consist of both hard and soft surfaces. This fun set from Muffik contains mini puzzle mats that can easily be placed on the large mats at your own discretion. The soft puzzle mats are used to gently stimulate, wake up and massage the feet. They soothe tired feet and activate unused muscles. Hard surfaces help warm the feet, strengthen the feeling of walking on the floor, strengthen the muscles and sagging ankles.
