6.1 Delivery Locations: We deliver to addresses within Ireland. UK Orders: Please note that UK orders may be subject to customs or taxes. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item. International Orders: Shipping fees for orders outside Ireland cannot be calculated exactly on the website. We will determine the exact shipping charge and contact you if it exceeds €21.50 for your approval. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs or taxes. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs or taxes, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
6.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. While we strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframes, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated times.

7.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7.3 Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
