Dennis O’Connor has served as Chair of the Board for Sensational Kids since 2024, leveraging over three decades of experience in leadership, management consulting, and capacity building to support the organisation’s mission.

As the Chief Executive Officer of 2into3, Dennis has been a key figure in Ireland’s non-profit sector for over 18 years. His work focuses on strategy, fundraising, talent development, and board development, helping social sector organisations scale their impact and achieve sustainability. In addition, Dennis founded For Purpose, a recruitment service tailored to the non-profit sector, further showcasing his dedication to building strong social impact organisations.

Dennis’s leadership extends beyond Sensational Kids. He is currently the Chairperson of Avoca Hockey Club and has held senior roles with prominent organisations, including Glanbia Plc and Dairygold, where he gained significant experience in marketing and strategic development.

With a B.Comm and M.B.S in Business/Commerce from University College Cork, along with advanced management training from INSEAD, Dennis brings a strong educational foundation to his role. His expertise in management consulting, philanthropy, and talent development make him a driving force behind Sensational Kids’ growth and success.
